Lately I’ve been tired, feeling bad about myself, not exercising as much, and eating junk; time to get myself back to bliss.
Seeing a picture of super healthy delicious looking food only to click and find no recipe..bad hit.
A note to all my beautiful followers, and every other person who feels as if they aren’t enough; you are all as strong as you want to be, you are all full of unlimited potential, and you are all worth a lot more than you think. We all have that little voice in our head pointing out our “problem” areas but is it really as bad as we think? Of course not. You are your own worst critic, no one else notices what you spend hours hating about your own body. If we took the time to realize all our bodies do for us and all the good we could be doing instead of wasting time on negative thoughts we’d accomplish a hell of a lot more. I’m done blaming my body for being unhappy, for now on I owe making my body happy.

Personal victory, going through summer clothes that used to be tight…now swim on me.
Even though lately my eating has been way too much and I feel like i have gained weight I keep getting compliments on how awesome my body looks. I have mixed emotions.

When I reach my goal weight I plan to get a tattoo. When I feel as if I have improved my fitness and running speed/distance i plan on getting my belly button pierced. What’s your ultimate rewards besides being healthy and looking awesome?
